All dressed in white!
MissL was so excited and happy to be baptized. She gave a Family Night lesson a few weeks ago on baptism. She assigned herself the lesson, assigned herself the topic and prepared it all by herself. She told us as part of the lesson that she remembered when MissC was baptized. She felt the spirit very strongly then, and now, she said, it is her turn. Even though they fight a lot, I know she admires her sister. She asked MissC to give a talk at the service. I do know that MissL felt the spirit strongly at her own baptism as well. It was such a beautiful experience. And, she got to share it with Little Miss, which made it all the more special.
Ty did an amazing job!
I am so grateful he honors his Priesthood and can bless our lives so much. It is wonderful that their own father could perform these sacred ordinances for them. Such a personal and sweet way to start on the path of discipleship. They asked the parents to bear testimony at the conclusion of the service. Mine was a "thank-timony". I knew it while I was giving it. I wanted to correct myself, but every time I opened my mouth, I began another sentence, "I'm so grateful…" Oh well. It was a good day and I was grateful.
Beauty and purity are words that come to mind.
Are you kidding me that she is this gorgeous?!
I always like to include a shot of food.
I realize I didn't get a picture of MissL in her confirmation dress. This is it from the back. So adorable.
Proud grandparents.
Great Grandma Campbell was there as well, which was a tremendous blessing. She had been in the hospital only 2 days prior with heart trouble. So happy she is doing well. Thanks to all our family and friends who supported us and our little girls in any way. We love you.
