Open House

LittleC liked the temple!  We all were blessed to be a part of it.  Both our parents were able to come to the open house, which was great.  This was a beautiful day.

I feel so humble and grateful.

Family Hike

Our first attempt at a family hike since St George.  We planned on borrowing a baby backpack for LittleC, but I was a little last minute about that.  We ended up carrying him, so luckily we were starting out with a short hike.  It was fun.

Green Piano

This refurbished green piano from "Design Mom" is one of the freshest, coolest ideas ever.  It makes me so happy.  I actually feel sad my piano is nice and new.  Darn!  (J/K)  I might have to butter up my mom.  Mom should we paint your piano?  Maybe green's not quite right.

Ty's Latest Work

So, It's not bad to have to do this for a living.  I'm really proud of TY.  He is truly gifted in my view.  Now, if I didn't have a good perspective on my role as stay at home mom, I would be thinking, "hmmm... I make a mean PB&J for lunch."  I know my days have eternal significance, but they don't look quite as pretty as this.  I love you TY.  You did great and I'm so happy this

project is done.  (Just in time to move on to the next however).  These picts are off the website, just so you know.  I wouldn't want to post anything inappropriately.  Want to see more?  Click HERE.

Monroe

I'm annoyed I didn't get an updated photo of H and me.  I think the last photo of us together is about 15 years ago in college.  So I had a girls' weekend in Monroe, Utah.  24 hours, No kids.  It was a much needed retreat.  Not a lot to do in Monroe, so lots of chatting, relaxing and eating.  It was great!  Thanks, H for letting me come.  Now I'm recharged and reminded how great my family is.  Ready to be Mom.

Race for the Cure

A few pics from the Race for the Cure.  Hard to really tell but, a sea of humanity all gathered in the spirit of healing and positive action is pretty incredible.

Fashion Illustration

I should have been a fashion illustrator.  I've never had enough style to be a fashion designer, but loved drawing dresses when I was young.  Actually I like the art of fashion more than the fashion itself.  Make sense?  Yeah, I usually don't.
